This newly remodeled Spanish style home is professionally decorated with modern luxuries while keeping its old San Miguel charm. From the moment you walk in the front gate you are greeted the a beautifully landscaped courtyard. Walk through and find your nook in the garden to drink your coffee, read a book and let your stress drift away. As you enter the house you will see that every detail has been thought out. With tall two story ceilings and cozy couches this house is a perfect for entertaining large groups.
On the first floor, you will find a large formal dining room and kitchen while still open to the living room to allow for great flow for entertaining. On the second floor you will have 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are king beds and one room with two doubles/queens. Every bedroom in this house has its own bathroom so no need to share. This floor also has it’s own balcony with stunning views. The third floor is a double-room master suite with king bed and even better views. The additional room attached to the master suite is set up with a fold out couch for extra guests/children or can be equipped with a pack n’ play for small children.
Guest Access
We have staff on-site to help you with all of your needs. You will be greeted with help for you bags and give you the keys for access to the property and to the house. Please know if you would like the pool/jacuzzi heated, we can heat it up to 104 F at a cost of $35 a day to cover the propane costs.
Other Things to Note
This house sits on a hill and requires you to walk up many stairs to get to the house as well as three stories of stairs in the house. I would not recommend this house to anyone that would have any mobility issues.

We had the best time at Casa Vista. It is in the perfect location with the best views of the city. We have stayed elsewhere in San Miguel before, and there is no comparison to Casa Vista. Antonio, Veronica, and Denise were so helpful throughout our stay. Truly this place is a 10/10. If I could rate it higher I would!
This place is stunning. The magically landscaped courtyard, to the three terraces, one with the largest hot tub I’ve ever been in, to the beautifully decorated house, this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location boasts the best views in San Miguel. I enjoyed waking up and looking out the window from the bed to see the hot air balloons floating by the cathedral.
We had an amazing time at this home! The views are spectacular! The home is clean and it has a grounds keeper who was more than willing to run and get essentials from the town for us. Justin was quick to reply with any questions. We definitely will be coming back.
Wow! This property is incredible. From the moment you walk in it feels like you are in a high end boutique hotel with the amazing landscaping. The inside is beautifully decorated as well. The real winner though, is the views. Sitting in the hot tub (which is more like a pool it’s so big) having a drink while overlooking the city was the highlight of my trip.
Excellent property, the staff kept in touch with us all time, and Antonio the doorman was all the time on site for everything we needed. Simply the best view in San Miguel with your primate hot pool!!!!!!!

This place is perfectly located and a great place to stay in SM De A. I would highly recommend it as we had a great view of the cathedral and were able to walk everywhere. Hugo was so friendly and helpful.
