A Masterclass by Alex Galina, International Certified Sommelier & Agave Expert
Enjoy some of Mexico’s finest wines and spirits, while learning from a local expert. This experience will start with a 45-minute masterclass, teaching you about the finest wines, tequilas, mezcales and other spirits that Mexico has to offer. Then, our host will guide you through a 45-minute blind tasting, where you’ll get to the compare the flavors of each type and learn how to tell the difference between them.

- Local Wines Masterclass – Top 4-5 premium labels from the top 5 local wineries.

Please note: We don’t work with the wineries. The wine selections may change every day and are chosen by our Head Sommelier, so we don’t compromise our wine tastings to flatter the vineyards or wines. Our wine tastings are neutral, and our objective is to share the knowledge with our customers.
