- Located at a private luxury villa in Centro, San Miguel de Allende (location will be given 24 hours in advance of the party).

Christian Herrera
A chef & restaurant owner from San Quintin, Baja California, who trained under renowned chefs from Valle de Guadalupe. Most notably known for his passion for local ingredients and storytelling through food using sustainably sourced cuisine.
Gabriel ordoñez
A local chef with 17 years of culinary experience, trained in Peru, and a Private Chef and a Restaurant Consultant in San Miguel de Allende for the past 6 years.
